Peter was deep in the trenches of the foreclosure crisis in the Great Recession, working hard to save homeowners from losing their homes in the wake of a greater financial meltdown. All too often, it was those without other resources who needed the strongest advocate as they had to navigate predatory lenders and law firms, unfair collections practices, and protect their rights.

Bankruptcy became a natural part of Peter’s legal practice as he saw the opportunity for his clients to gain a new beginning. Peter has never been interested in working for the financial companies or large corporations, and instead prefers to work one-on-one with individuals under duress. The most rewarding part of his job is to see the stress and anxiety lift from his clients as they again move forward in life.
