Cat Davidson

Cat Davidson’s journey began with an undergraduate focus on research psychology and the evolution of human understanding, driven by a fascination with how people think, make decisions, and navigate life’s challenges. That early curiosity about human behavior laid the foundation for her legal career, combining analytical rigor with a deep commitment to helping people in meaningful ways.

She earned her J.D. from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, LA, and went on to clerk for a bankruptcy attorney in Austin, TX. She also served for two years as an attorney for the State of Texas, representing and advocating for the general public. These experiences gave her a strong foundation in the complexities of the law and a firsthand understanding of how legal and financial challenges affect individuals and families. They also reinforced her conviction that the law should serve people first—not institutions.

Now practicing consumer bankruptcy with Walker & Walker, Cat is devoted to guiding clients through challenging financial situations with clarity, compassion, and respect. She believes that financial freedom is not simply about resolving debt—it’s about alleviating the stress and burden of financial strain, restoring dignity, and helping clients build a foundation of hope and stability for the future.
